更新内容（含3个BUG修复）
1.添加了对1.19.3的支持（如果您正在使用MTR的附属Mod，请将其更新到最新版本，否则无法启动游戏。）对1.19.3的支持还在测试中，如果您遇到任何Bug请反馈给作者。
2.修复了当堵塞的路段畅通后，手动驾驶车辆的司机无法恢复对车辆的控制权的问题。
3.修复了Patreon API拖慢游戏加载的问题
4.修复了信号灯颜色反转的问题
